Shipping Status

We have shipped around 60% of the total ChopTainers and almost all of the international ones. Many of you should have started receiving a confirmation email with tracking numbers. If you haven't received it yet, no worries - there are still a lot of them to go out. We are waiting on some of the Amazon warehouses to start showing up the ChopTainer we sent in their inventory so we can order them to ship out and complete all shipments.

For people who have paid for add-ons on BackerKit, most of you will get a separate email with a different tracking number for your add-ons. This was done because it was becoming a logistical nightmare combining them.

It is almost 90 degrees here in Sunny California and our house reminds us of that Staples commercial with the "That was Easy" button. We could really use one right now!

Many of you have already started receiving their ChopTainers and have emailed us/commented their great feedback. We are so looking forward to hearing from (and seeing pictures) all of you.

ChopTainers are Shippin'

Shipping has begun

The time is finally here! We are glad to inform you that the ChopTainers have started shipping to all you wonderful backers. There can't be any awesom-er (word??) feeling than this - seeing the shipping notifications come in as they are shipped one by one. Domestic backers should've started receiving their tracking numbers from Amazon. International backers should start getting their tracking numbers from us this week.

We are also proud that we stuck to our project timeline and are shipping out rewards in February, as promised. We can't wait to receive your feedback on the product.

Special thanks goes to our kids, Syan and Siyona who volunteered to make the boxes and stuff it with the rewards : )

Almost there!

Hi ChopTainer Backers,

The ChopTainers have left our warehouse and on their way to several Amazon Fulfillment Centers across the USA, to be shipped to domestic backers. More are going to be on their way this week to our house for us to ship it to the International Backers. 

Thought you would like to see the master cartons leaving our warehouse and the funds raised by this Kickstarter project put to good use : )

We will update you once it has been received by Amazon (and by us) and we start shipping.

ChopTainers Have Cleared Customs

Dear Backers,

Great news! U.S. Customs have checked and cleared the ChopTainers, and they are on their way to our partner warehouse near Long Beach, CA. 

For Domestic Backers

We have already directed the warehouse to start palletizing them as soon as they receive them and ship them to Amazon warehouses. You should receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers from Amazon (just like how you get from them when you order something on their site).

For International Backers

The warehouse will ship ChopTainers for our International backers to our home. We will then pack them ourselves (Yayyy Paper Cuts!!!) and start shipping them using USPS ASAP. We will be sending you tracking numbers as we ship them.

We will update everyone once they are closer to shipping.

ChopTainer Waiting for Customs

Hi everyone,

Quick update - ChopTainers are sitting at the Long Beach port awaiting inspection by U.S. Customs. We will let you know once they are cleared and sent to our partner warehouse for further distribution to Amazon warehouses and to us for final shipping to you. We are eagerly waiting to see them in our hands and in yours : )
