Phew! Thanks to a leap year, and the extra day tomorrow (Feb 29th), we have shipped all our rewards (both domestic and international) with one day to spare in the month so we were on-time in delivering our promise.

Most of you must have either received their rewards or at least received a shipment confirmation with tracking numbers from us (USPS or FedEx) or Amazon. The last few confirmation with tracking should go out tomorrow from Amazon.

It has been an incredible ride and we are thrilled to get feedback from so many of you saying how useful the ChopTainers are turning out for you.

If you don't receive a confirmation email by the end of the week (Mar 4), please do contact us.

International Shipments

100% of the international rewards have been shipped and we are receiving messages from many of you in Australia, England, Switzerland, etc. that you have already received your packages. Thanks for informing us!!

Domestic Shipments

We are almost there with more than 90% of the domestic rewards shipped. Just a slight change in plans for some of the shipments. Amazon warehouse lost some of our boxes (Arghh!!) that were meant to be shipped to our domestic backers. These were special boxes with more than 1 Set of ChopTainers in 1 box (viz. 2 Sets in a box, 3 sets in a box, 4 sets in a box and 5 sets in a box). So while we settle with Amazon on these (we have a pending "Seller" case with them), we will make these special boxes and ship it ourselves. It seems like Amazon losing inventory in their huge warehouses is not unheard of. Its painful to experience it because we had asked the factory to make special packaging for more than one sets and have it shipped to Amazon, but oh well, its beyond our control!!

Some of the backers who pledged for more than one set (or paid for add-ons) might receive shipment confirmation and tracking info from us, rather than Amazon, while some might receive from Amazon shortly.

Most of you must have started receiving your rewards and we know some of you have already started using the ChopTainers and are loving them!
